We offer insured and tracked worldwide shipping so customers around the globe can enjoy our products.
Please note that international shipping times may occasionally be extended due to customs clearance or transit delays. Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up international shipping or customs processes, as these are outside of our control.

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after purchase. 

All orders include tracking information.

Wrong Address

We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
To avoid issues, please carefully review your shipping details in your order confirmation email.

Order Marked as Delivered

If your order is marked as delivered by the local postal service (such as USPS, Canada Post, or another carrier) to the correct address provided at checkout, but you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office directly.

A formal affidavit confirming that the package was lost, stolen, or not delivered is required. Once provided, we will review the case and may resend a replacement order at our discretion.

Contact us as soon as possible at contact@ulubag.com and include all relevant details so we can assist you. Each case is reviewed individually.

Import Taxes & Refusal of Package

We are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees under any circumstances.

If an order arrives in the destination country and:

  • the customer refuses to accept the package, or
  • no delivery attempt is made in the destination country,

we reserve the right to abandon the shipment, and no refund will be issued.
