At ULUBAG, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review the policies below before submitting a return or exchange request.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request a free cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order and receive a full refund.
After this time, the order enters processing and cannot be canceled.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@ulubag.com within the allowed timeframe.
Common Return Reasons & Solutions
Defective / Manufacturing Defects / Quality Issues
If the product is defective or has quality issues, we will send a replacement free of charge.
Doesn’t Fit (Wrong Size or Color Ordered)
You may return or exchange the product; however, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Changed Mind (Item No Longer Desired)
You may return or exchange the product; return shipping costs apply.
Wrong or Missing Item Received
If you received the wrong item or an item is missing, we will either:
- cover the return shipping cost, or
- send a replacement free of charge.
Parcel Damaged on Arrival
If your package arrives damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge.
Incorrect Shipping Information Provided
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist before the order is processed.

How to Return Your Order
To return all or part of your order, please follow these steps:

Contact Us
Email contact@ulubag.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Please note: returns, exchanges, or refunds cannot be processed after 30 days. -
Approval & Return Address
Our support team will confirm if your return is approved and provide the return address.
Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days or the return will be canceled. -
Prepare Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and tags. -
Ship the Return
Send the package to the provided return address and share the tracking number with our support team. -
Refund Processing
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items & Important Notes
The following items are non-returnable:
- Final Sale items
- Pre-Ordered products
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Items showing signs of wear or use are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Product Color Disclaimer
Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings, device differences, lighting, or resolution. These variations do not qualify as defects.
Products Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the damaged item on a flat surface with the label visible
- Email the photos and a description to contact@ulubag.com within 5 days of delivery
A replacement will be sent free of charge.
Return & Refund Shipping Costs
Refunds apply to the purchase price of the item only.
Shipping fees, insurance, and priority processing costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Address Errors
Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. Once shipped, we cannot make changes or offer refunds for incorrect addresses. Contact us immediately if you notice an error before shipment.
Order Marked as Delivered
If your order is marked as delivered by the local postal service (e.g., USPS, Canada Post) to the correct address but has not arrived:
- Contact your local post office
- Provide us with a formal affidavit confirming the package was lost, stolen, or not delivered
Upon review, we may resend a replacement at our discretion.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Delayed Orders
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur.
Orders that are trackable and in transit cannot be canceled or refunded. However, if an order is significantly delayed, we will review and resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
